Well we know nautilus was op and pick ban earlier and our nerfs put him in a reasonable state, but fuck that lets buff him into pick/ ban state again, because why the fuck not

Yep. one of the lowest tier supports in the last patch definitely did not need a buff.
apparently he fits the bill for lc$ big play$ so he was buffed.
