Shyvana and mana

Is there any chance that when shyv gets a rework/gameplay update eventually (yes i know there are more important champs to work on)....that she could be mana based?

I want to build and so i can be superfast engage raid boss dragon

Just make AAs extend the duration of her ult by .2 seconds and it is close enough to the current fury extension. This would also allow her to build cdr without it being wasted on her ult.
