Suggestion for IP sink - paying IP to select map / announcer

Riot's come up with map themes every now and then and they're fun, but then they seem to disappear and I don't think I've ever seen one return. I know they put a lot of effort into making those maps, so why not reuse them.

My suggestion is that during champ selection, players are given an option to bid a certain amount of IP to select which map theme or announcer voiceover gets used when they game loads. The highest bid is visible to all players but not which map theme the other player is bidding for so there's no way of knowing if they want the same map theme as you. Then at a certain cutoff, the selection is locked in and everybody sees which map we're playing on.

This option should probly be disabled during actual events like the current arcade one where a new map theme is currently the default so maps can be advertised. But during non events where the regular summoner's rift is all we get, it would be nice to be able to choose something else.

If there's any map theme or voiceover you want to see again, go ahead and list it.
