ADC Pickrates Analysis

Vayne Pickrate = 32.38% Lucian Pickrate = 28.59% Tristana Pickrate = 24.65% Miss Fortune Pickrate = 15.5% Jinx Pickrate = 15.16%

Of these top 5 most picked, only one- Miss fortune- was affected much by the marksman update. I find it a bit interesting that, despite having adequate power levels, Graves, Corki, and Quinn only have 4-3-2% pickrates respectively, with poor koggles on the bottom at 1.5%. (source: champion.gg)

Is the reason for this that people don't wanna take the time to learn these new kits?

The easier a champion is, and the stronger they are, the higher their pickrate will be. Vayne is absolutely brainless, can insta-kill everyone, and all that. So her pick rate is high. Ez, Corki, Quinn, Graves, Twitch and all them are harder champs to pull off, so not many people play them.

No, it's that they're not stronger than the top 5. Quinn can conditionally be an exception, but most people struggle with her short range.

Because Vayne has been OP for months now, MF is a little ridiculous, Tristana has been OP ever since her rework, and Jinx has been OP for a very long time, just now she actually received a good nerf, and Lucian is just really fucking good because the itemization is perfect for him.

Everybody else just doesn't abuse the new items.

Like you said, MF was changed pretty significantly/rebalanced alot with the Rework. Prior to the rework/itemization update though, her pick rate was down there with everyone else though. Sub 2%
