Veigar buff: Event Horizon's delay
Should be deducted from the delay after casting Dark Matter, so long as it is cast inside of Event Horizon.
.75 second delay on casting E? .75 second LESS delay on W when cast inside of E.

He doesn't need a buff.

His 41% win rate begs to differ.
inb4 "oh but win rate means nothing"

Yea you putting inb4 doesn't nullify the argument. Give it some time for players to adjust to playing him smarter and then see where his winrate is at in 2-3 months. Then you'll have relatively solid data to compare.

1 week of data is plenty to show that he was nerfed excessively. Regardless of how much you QQ about it, he's already getting buffed.

I don't think removing the delay of Dark Matter entirely is the way to do it though, there sure is something but that's not it >.>

I don't think they're doing anything to his W currently. All I'm saying is that he needs buffs, which he is getting. I'm not agreeing with the OP about what buffs he gets.

Who was QQing? Heads up guys, OP is a fucking retard.

Ad Hominem. Classic last resort when losing an argument.

Argument over what? And I'm glad you took 10th grade English and you know your logical fallacies. Rofl.

There it is again.

You're saying that was ad hominem? Okay sorry I assumed you passed the course. nevermind.

If we're going to go after one another, I might point out that, while understanding logical fallacies is 10th grade English, falling into them clearly implies that you are below that level of education. Furthermore, "never mind" is two words. Perhaps you should go back to grade school; clearly something went wrong the first time.
I look forward to your next reply. I'm sure it will be cogent as always.

So you're saying that politicians, business owners, news anchors, etc. are all under the 10th grade level of education? Because they are the most clear and consistent groups to use these logical fallacies. WOW! you must be so educated yourself. Who would have thought I'd find such intelligence above all those great careers browsing the LoL boards. What a cogent individual.
Also, if you are going to be a grammar Nazi, make sure your previous posts are perfect themselves. You typed:

That looks like a fragment to me, bucko! So I'm guessing that makes you around a 2nd grader's level? Hm, not so intelligent after all. You sure did make sure to avoid mistakes in your previous reply, but you couldn't even EDIT your old posts! Ha, how cogent of you, my good man!
GG.

I'm sorry; did you say something? You should probably rephrase that using simple words that a creature of inferior intelligence like myself would understand.

Here is what I think would be a good idea
First. Reduce the stun at max rank. 2.0-2.25 is plenty, favoring the first option. Second, turn it into a linear skill shot. But have the circle have a small central pillar. What I think would be great is that he shoots an orb, similar to his q, that stops at the first enemy hit (minion or champion) after making contact, it will cause the event horizon to erupt. Giving the full circle with the center pillar stunning the target hit by the initial skill shot. Maybe you could even make it reactivate able in order for him to cause his cage to trigger wherever the orb currently is. Like a velkoz q or lissandra claw. I like this because it allows veigar to stun someone directly on top of him, gives warning to the enemy champion with its travel time, and still can be used creatively. You could even give the circumference portion of the circle the .75 sec delay and only have the center pillar stun immediately. My reasoning is that his dark matter may need work, but Veigar needs actual CC. The delay doesn't allow him to stop people from jumping on him. It also doesn't allow him to stop those running away. It stop dashes now, but why would they wait. They just dash out before the walls come up. Anyways, lets stop arguing about English and talk about the things that actually matter
