Ziggs and a couple other odd bot lanes appear due to the meta

The boards are laughable. The current meta with first tower blood and dragon being so overpowered, combined with jungle exp and ganking. Has made ADCs hard to use early game and decide your own fate. So people are playing laners with wave clear so they can not get instantly dove by 4-5 people the moment the wave is pushed. And conversely when their side ganks they can still use Ziggs passive and satchel to capitalize on tower killing similar to an AD champion. This means the other team might pick a non-adc who can deal with Ziggs, thus resulting in a no-adc game.

This isn't some huge revolution, it is just a byproduct of the toxic meta the boards are whining about. The moment things like herald, dragon, jungle exp, ganking, tower strength and tower first blood are looked into, and the game isn't determined by who gang-bangs bot lane first, ADCs are right back in the meta as mid-game late-game farm carries and objective killing DPS who can shred tanks.

EDIT: Forgot to mention 'supports' like Zyra and Brand also contribute to this. Giving the support role the power to kill the ADC with ease, so people get tired of trying to farm around plants/pillar of flame and just move out of bot lane or play an odd bot lane carry.
