  1. if I have slightly magical boots, but I buy mobi boots, is it still +115 after 5 seconds, or will it now be +125?

  2. if a champ is on sale, but I own the shard, are both discounts applied? Or is it only whichever would give the greater discount?

  2. No clue. I've owned all the champions for a while.

But since one is crafting and the other is the shop, I think they're unrelated.

If you craft the champion, then it will use the blue essence amount for the crafting. If you buy the champion, then it will cost whatever the sale prices is.
