Initial thoughts on Ancient coin line.

It's pretty good. You actually don't get the extra skill point too early. Earliest I can imagine is around level 7-8. It gives a decent amount of gold. Like 300-500 in lane phase. It's alright considering you're mostly just a utility champion if you're using it. It's not bad. You can keep getting gold after you've completed the quest, which is nice. Anyone else have some thought about it?

I'd say it's actually kind of balanced, as a final thought. Maybe, lower the gold earned from it and the total gold needed for an extra skill point to make it more impactful earlier. Either way it's not bad.

something new, something different to spice up the life of a support. sounds like a good idea. havent tried it yet.

well that's the thing the extra skill point is going to be quite useless if they make it to late game where as in the item 3401 and item 3092 quest rewards will still affect them so it might need a buff

That's why I'm suggesting lowering the gold needed to get the skill point earlier, so it is impactful early. Unless you just mean "SCREW IT! KEEP THE GOLD GENERATION THE SAME AND GET SKILL POINTS EARLIER". Wait, that does sound like something Riot would do. Aren't they a RIOT? HAHA funny joke me.

Real talk here: as a support, most games don't go on long enough to hit level 18. The quest reward is virtually always useful. It may even be the best of them, though I'm tempted to see how the spellthief's reward feels on Janna.

Anyway, it doesn't seem bad to me, though it's hard to say right now. I feel like a good enemy laner should punish me when I'm collecting coins. Currently playing in bronze elo though. So, ah. Collecting is practically free.
