Thoughts on Illaoi?

I personally can't play her for shit, I've lost every match with her against most top laners. I do have a lot of fun playing her though, the E is incredibly annoying for harassment and is strong as well. I actually think she makes a great pseudo support just because of her E harassment, it's pretty annoying when you have to dodge tentacles spawning and the W on her is annoying as well.

I don't really know what she needs, I do think that she does a lot of damage but seems like she falls off pretty hard in mid to late game, also her ultimate kind of leaves a lot to be desired. I don't really care much for her ultimate since it's more a buff for the tentacles and it's not actually dealing straight physical damage to champions.
