How do you counter Jax in Bronze?
Besides banning him?
Edit: this is mostly for jungle Jax and team fighting. If my top laner fights him, they’re going to feed while I’m supporting.

If he's not a Gold 1 -Diamond 5 smurf then you watch when he uses E (dodge). If he pops it before a leap, he's a noob, walk out of it, then hit him back once it ends.
If he's leaping on you and saving E until you blow your escape tools, if any, then you've got an experience Jax player, in which case, be ranged, do more damage, have harder cc, cause he's likely running Conqueror keystone, and is going to maul you every trade.
Ranged poke based champions do well against him, you don't want to let him get to end game. Champions like Vlad and Gnar can freely poke, then disengage his stun when he jumps in and continues to trade. You want to punish him for every AA basically. Once he hits six, your window to engage is small, you have to wait until he using his third proc on a minion before engaging for damage. At bronze, I doubt they will do this, but watch out for the ones who will use two hits off minions before jumping to use and using their W as a reset to get their third hit in.
I see you are mainly a Sion support. If Jax comes into your lane for a gank, then let him jump onto an adc, and charge your Q into the stun part meantime, so you can stun him after he jumps. After that use E to slow him down, so he cannot stun you. Just walk away from him.
When it comes to teamfighting its mostly the same, dont let him hit his E, or when he uses E and Q just ult him in that moment he jumps. He will get stunned by you, you will get stunned by him but thats ok. Use E to slow him down, charge W and Q when he gets closer to your carry.
There, you just disabled him and he cannot do aynthing.
Walk into his jungle after he's used counterstrike, preferably with a strong early game jungler like

Hard CC. If you have to lane top against him, ranged poke like the first reply said (add Quinn to that list, especially with her knockback disengage for when he Q's onto you).
