Rammus is strong for months.
And needing 3 stats (lifesteal, armor/magic pen, MR and a cleanse) to fight a Rammus who has a 2,25s point-and-click taunt on a 12s cooldown (WITHOUT CDR), who naturally builds Righteous Glory and Thornmail is stupid.
You got taunted once? Nice, you can cleanse it. But you are not getting away from him without flash. Outplayed.
Talk about having options in itemisation, when you are forced into 
as an ADC.
Not to mention, he does a fuckton of damage. And I always thought that in order to do damage, you should build damage items.
