Jhin only has a low win rate because people dont know how to build him XD or play him for that matter they focus damage instead of As and crit :) you can get more damage from him bye going 100% crit and 2 damage items item 3031 item 3508 both of which give you crit stacked with a item 3094 item 3085 combo you get one hell of a shot in every shot :) plus runnans makes up for your 4 shots in team fights :) then add a item 3147 or item 3153 with item 1301 you have one hell of a adc to rekt the enemys stacking at about 900 ad :)

Except just about every other ADC Caitlyn Draven Jinx Lucian Kindred Quinn Tristana Kalista Sivir Vayne is going to do waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more damage in a fight with the same exact build because they don't have a fixed AS and reload mechanic.

Ahh, the low mmr misconception that in order to climb you need a large champion pool. One day you will learn my friend, that the smaller the better :)

I don't know having a large pool is okay. There are a ton of palyers that pick fill because they enjoy playing all ranges of champions to test their skills and a lot of them are in masters or challenger. Even though 1 trick ponies seem cooler

Lulu and janna are like the top tier champs in plat+ too she isn't just good in low elos. She is disgusting for her utility and scaling damage

Now that you don't have to e q w to position yourself to kill the target, you can q w r e w q aa maximize your burst combo. It is safer because your e won't be on cd to get max damage. Lane phase is also getting a huge buff to aoe damage on q procs and a bunch of free poke if you hit an enemy through the minions instead of tickling them with the last blade. It's a qol buff and her burst and dmg is now on level after first item, so now you don't have to kill someone to do damage in a team fight.
