The difference is damage. While Yasuo's sweeping blade is mainly for movement and requires a valid target, Leblanc's Distortion is a skillshot (so she can use it to get over walls, move to an area where there are no enemies, etc.) and deals far more damage.

Additionally, if she had unlimited dashes, she would be so much harder to catch, and with a double dash, flash, and her passive, it would be nigh impossible to shut her down.

I agree,

Yasuo's dash is a targeted ability and deals damage to a single target. (redundancies are redundant.) His dash is also a fixed distance in a single direction.

LeBlanc's dash is ground targeted and deals damage in an AOE. Her dashes can be cased at variable distances and be recast to return to her origin, which also gives her safety to harass freely.

Maybe if she gets a kill with w or mimic w her w resets? that sounds nice since shes only single target, zed , kat, diana, akali, fizz and ect can 1v2, lb cant really 1v2.

In my opinion her kit is not designed for having resets. It is pretty strong how it is, and I don't see the problem with her being a single target assassin (actually this is the reason I play her). Additionally she can 1v2 if both targets are squishy. But with outplaying and hitting the chain
