Tanks actually do need damage right now

If everything else in the game is going too do a billion damage then tanks like Maokai need more damage too go top or jungle. I myself would like it if damage overall was toned down, but its not happening. Maokai is going too "carry his team with cc and tankyness" when a level 2 kill him at level 3, no. Direct buffs other than damage will just put him in the support role as jungle and top are hostile environments for tanks now.

Actually asking for cc buffs on most tanks is madness as chain cc is disgusting as it is, if they give Mao any more cc you may as well get up and go too the toilet the moment he hits W or R.
