So he is tanky with Burst, 1.5 sec stun, healing, double dash, shreds enemy armor which is barely used
Empowered Ruthless Predator got 225% AD scaling at level 1. That is probably ok at champ level 18 or at W Rank 5 but W at Rank 1?
So yeah what is he bad at? What is the downside of this champion?
