Please buff the damage on this ability. It only does 190 at rank 5!!!! And only has 0.65 scaling. It's her main damaging ability but barely tickles anyone that has a just a little mr. All other comparable abilities like 
q 
q etc. have higher damage. Not to mention Lissandras Q has a small range. She is basically a walking ultimate right now.
Stiv12343 votes65% AP Scaling is insanely freaking high for a 3 second cooldown ability. If you compare it to something, it needs to have a similar cooldown, e.g. Oris Q which is 180 + 50% AP at max rank. Also, dont forget it can poke through minions, really well in fact.

which combined with cdr from masteries makes it 2.25 seconds, 1.8 if you max out cdr.

Catastrop1 votesIt can be spammed every 2 seconds so anything else and it just becomes insanely OP. In addition it passes through minions with damage reduction.
