Small Tuning to the Ezreal Rework (Follow-up Adjustments)

I think the W change is great. It's a very fun ability to use, and has a lot of counterplay as it's both a skillshot and needs to be detonated (you can walk away for 4 seconds and the W will have dealt 0 damage). For AD Ezreal, it's a much better ability in every way (better scaling + better damage to structures + better burst). For AP Ezreal, it's soso, but still a fun ability (less instant burst damage and less AoE, but better turret taking and better range). My thoughts on it: Current power level of new AD Ezreal: high. Needs a better ratio on his W, but mobility and mana costs need to be kept in check. Current power level of new AP Ezreal: low. Needs better ratios. Mid AP Ezreal has never actually been viable, but it would be cool to have the option to build towards AP as botlane Ezreal (like Kai'sa).

Buffs: - Q AP ratio: Reverting the Q AP ratio nerf that didn't need to be there. - W base damage, AP ratio and bonus AD ratio: As a single target spell that needs to be detonated to even deal damage (a lot of counterplay), and the fact that it offers no cc, it should have better damage, for both AP and AD Ezreal. The fact that they lowered the AP ratio on his W from old Ezreal is strange (old AP Ezreal had an instant AoE damage, new AP Ezreal has a single target and not instant damage). Nerfs: - W mana cost: His new W costs less than his previous W, which makes no sense, as it's more usefull in every way (as AD Ezreal). Reverting the mana cost and lowering the mana return for AD Ezreal (now has an AP ratio for mana return). - E cooldown: With more damage in his kit, his mobility should be kept in check. Changes to keep things in check: - E AP and bonus AD ratios lowered: With higher damage on W, and the fact that his E priotizes it, the burst damage should be kept in check (WE combo).


Mystic Shot (Q):

  • Ap ratio: 30% ---> 40% Essence Flux (W):
  • Mana cost: 50 ---> 50/60/70/80/90
  • Mana refund: Ability used to detonate + 60 mana ---> Ability used to detonate + 30 + (20% AP) mana
  • Base damage: 75/120/165/210/255 ---> 80/135/170/215/260
  • Bonus AD ratio: 60% ---> 70/75/80/85/90%
  • AP ratio: 70% ---> 90%
  • Now deals 80% damage so structures (from 100%) **Arcane Shift (E): **
  • Cooldown: 19/17.5/16/14.5/13 --> 20/18.5/17/15.5/14
  • AP ratio: 75% ---> 65%
  • Bonus AD ratio: 50% ---> 40%
