Nerf the jungle role

So I just played a game where I destroyed my laner, had like 50 cars, she barely had 20 if even close to that. And I was doing great, then here comes xin with 10 cs, xin sat in my bush for ten minutes and stayed relevant. He didn't farm, he didn't need the jungle camps, xin stayed in my fucking lane and camped without falling behind. You need to force people who play jungle to stay in the jungle or fall irrelevant, especially Xins broken ass. All his rework did was break him to fking all hell. This xin didn't even have smite and he fucking stayed relevant to he game. This is some fuck shit riot.
