Mage's Bot/ADC? Are Midlane AD assassin and ADC's slowly dying off?

Note: I am not be 100% factual and just stating my opinion on the matter, so haters and morrons STFU and don't downvote anyone with one unless they are legitimately dumb and if so say why with respect.

Hey all with the recent Meta shift of Mages bot like Ziggs and even Victor as well as the fall of AD assassins in midlane. Is it that we are in a meta where the general team comp is tanky or diver top laner, AP Assassin or mages mid, Powerful gank junglers with high damage and CC, and ADC's or mages with powerful mid game spikes along with a support that synergises best with them in lane. Makes me think. The issue is more or less the mid game spike. ADC's are late game beasts but now unless you can stall the game, they will get stomped and wouldn't be able to make it the late game and carry.

So I am just thinking that ADC's and AD assassins are beginning to lose their place and the only classes with Physical damage are now Juggernauts and divers. And funny enough, both were the subject to reworks so in hindsight on some level, the reworks have been detrimental to the roles. Well not all of the classes, but some of them, LB, Fizz and Ekko have become more healthy. but now talon and Zed are only so-so out of the AD assassins. anyways The ADC's currently dominate either have range, mobility, True damage or high damage+crit to dish out the pain and anyone that lacks enough of any of the mentions stats are gonna be left in the dust.

So the point of my post was to say that we could be seeing a massive change in the whole Lol's meta that could be bigger that what people are seeing right now.
