ekko 3 stacks realy good damage .. applied even by spells no limit on targets just a tiny recast block ... a passive that gets stronger with lvl and a speedboost/slow vi 3 stacks ... realy strong ability ... no recast time even an as buff tied to it synergizes wirth her kit perfectly and is quite good even when you dont max it ... and atack speed boost as the icing on the cake vayne 3 stacks forced to hit 3 times consecutively on one target but has the best damage ... also does realy good damage even if not maxed
yi 4 and then 3 stacks no recast block deals half the damage of a normal auto (can crit) its a passive you dont need to level and is scaling top tier due to crit diana 3 stacks quite good aoe dmg .. thou doesnt synergize with her bursty playstyle ... yet its a passive that doesnt eat your levels jax 3 stacks good damage synergizes with his kit due to him being centered around autos

twisted fate crappy damage 4 stacks doesnt realy synergize with his kit ... it synergizes with itself but not realy with the rest of the kit also its an ability you need to level up that is realy weak even when maxed (low base damage and low scaling)

i get that kits dffer ... but lets make a simple comparision

all of those listed here prove to outdamage tf ... and they are quite good at roaming ... ganking

so i dont see what does tf offer that would justify his numbers sucking this hard he roams better so he should deal less damage ... not barely any damage
