New honor system and key fragments possible problem

As you may know when new honor system gets implemented you will earn key fragments ONLY when you get honored after game. Source: Q: Will key fragments ONLY be dropping through the honor system or did I misunderstand? A: This is correct. Everyone will get all their key fragments through Honor from launch day forward. Just like today, all you really need to get all your key fragments is play games and not get hit with penalties.

So I'm afraid everyone will just random honor everyone in their team, receiving the same, making all players gets a key no matter how they played. I expect Boards to be flooded with "Pls remember to honor your teammates after game!" and "I have no keys, honor everyone after game" discussions. People didn't honor now because they didn't get anything from this. Now they will honor everyone, expecting the same and every pleyer in no time will have 27 key fragments and 0 chests.

Nah. I get a lot of honors, and I'm experiencing the worst keyfrag drought ever. I've always been unlucky with key fragments. So I have 13 chests and currently 2 key fragments. Thanks riot. Fix your ridiculous system. Before I got barely any, and believe me I win a more than I lose, but now it's ridiculous. Every 4 days I get 1 key fragment. Maybe.

I thought it sounded like you could only honor 1 teammate after game.

Gives people the incentive to purchase chest to open. Probably it isn't selling too hot when you have to purchase both the key and chest if you don't wanna grind.

Can we really honor only one teammate? If no what will stop us from giving everyone random honor just for the sake of helping each other getting keys?

This weekend is my friends bachelor party and we (4 total) played league (poor king because one of us was only level 10) from 9 am till 3 and got 0 keys but received a few boxes... we basically each were able to honor each other every game based off of what we actually thought or we would honor the random guy if we felt like it. But again not one of us 4 got a single key fragment, anyone know why?
