is master yi going to get any buffs any time soon?

the champ has been struggling for half a year now. meanwhile lucian gets decent buffs because he hasn't been meta for 1-2 months? what is this?. can we revert some of the stupid nerfs. devoure and rageblade got both removed (i know devoure exists but its useless now). why not revert the nerfs after?. either that or make rageblade usable. its currently isn't. yi as a champion late game dives in and goes for a squishy. and hes supposed to kill them in 3-4 autos anyway. making the time unviable. as it takes 6 god damn autos to stack. why doesn't it have double stacks for melee?. can we please do something?

I mean can we just even buff a weak item that is absolute trash? you nerfed these champs because of the item. then deleted one of their core build items. then made the item trash tier. and kept the nerfs. can we just at least buff either the damn item or the master yi? just give rageblade double stacks for melee. a ranged champion lands autos first it makes sense that melee should be able to stack it faster

Hopefully not, he's like Aatrox in that if he's ever meta or even above 45% winrate he's absolute cancer.

So he should sit in the dumpster along with other cancerous champions.

how? his counterplay has always been point and click cc and burst as hes a melee champion. yi is no drain tank while aatrox is both a melee carry and a tank. I don't see any real argument here.

Everyone has point and click CC as their counterplay. You can't bring that up as a real weakness - it's like saying "hurr hurr if you do damage to him, he dies!"

Master Yi is problematic in that his ult allows him to ignore slows, which are the most prevalent form of CC in the game. And it's not like anyone with a brain stem and a point-click CC can shit on him either, because Alpha Strike makes him untargetable, much like Fizz E.

hes melee and has to get in close range? how else do you expect him to function against ranged champions? like really. a ranged champion is harder to land CC on and is harder to kill. a melee champion is the damn opposite. whats wrong with that damn logic?

Just Like All Melee Champs, You Have To Run Up To Them, Or Wait In A Bush For A Victim... They Punish People When Up Close, So Master Yi Is Fine For Where He's At... Ult To Chase People, Ghost For Em, Or Even Flash And Alpha Strike Can Work Out Nicely. Yi Is A Pretty Brainless Hyper Carry, So He Doesn't Need Buffs. Just Take Some Time Learning To Master Him! ;)

how is he fine as is when hes been at 46% winrate for months now?.

i have 120k mastery on yi your bronze and telling me to learn yi? hes fairly simple. you can do complex things with him like W cancel auto or Q turret aggro or dodge skill shots. but hes underpowered and needs a buff at the moment.

and WRONG you dont have to RUN to melee champs. they have to RUN to you. because they can't SIEGE against ranged damage. what are you even saying? a ranged champion can push and siege against melee. he does not have to fight the melee. melee has two options. not fight and lose. or run at the ranged champion and try to kill them. your logic is fucked up the other way around

So is Aatrox. As I said in my original post, Yi is like Aatrox in that he's absolute cancer when he's not trash, because he's a ball of stats. If he has more stats, he rolls face, but is irrelevant if he doesn't.
