Oh, btw Azir needs more nerfs, like when he uses the soldiers he lose 20% of his max health plus a base amount. For compensation buff I would lower his E mana cost by 5.

Syndra can win a game for the most part, but if she dies/has no peel from the snowballing assassin or whatnot, it's probably gg if you don't have any other useful (hint: strong) champs on your team that can survive and DPS.
Annie's great if you have flash and they're clumped to a degree. Ahri's great if there's no way to sedate her via death or suppression/cc (since she's overly mobile as a mage). Syndra's just great provided you can hit your Q->E or even her abilities in general.
