Riot can you make the rainbow homeguard permanent?

If y'all didn't know if you buy the 1 BE Rainbow Poro icon in store your homeguard animation gets an additional rainbow trail behind it which looks cool. Please make it permanent Rito game.

idk why it isn't perm. If people support it then why not make it available forever? Why only a specific time period?
