So Meddler, thoughts on Karthus and Nasus?

I know the riot teams doing amazing work this patch, but I am curious for thoughts on those two champions (Karthus and Nasus) for next patch after this upcoming one. I wonder if it's just a burden as I scale out of low elo, or its burdening higher elo as well.

Currently they're my top two priority bans, and others have been following suit as well.
