Dodging ranked games makes no sense

Why can't you dodge in promos? For that matter, why CAN you dodge in non-promos?

The dodge penalty basically means, you can avoid one game a day and not really get hurt. So they want you to stick out the game, but you have the option to dodge if things are really bad. So why isn't that an option in promos?

Make it so that if you're in a standard ranked game and you dodge, you get -LP based on half of what you would lose. So if you're getting +18LP and -16LP, make a dodge worth -8LP. And give 2 free dodges during a promo series. Any past that would be a loss like usual. Dodge timers would be the same as now.

Sure you just have to deal with troll teams sometimes, but why are you forced to deal with them only during promos? It really makes no sense.
