Whenever Baron or dragon killed someone, they would get stronger?

Actually it could be a good strategy if you were on a weaker team and the other team was sure to get Baron.You could go in and let him kill you at lvl 10 and make it harder for the enemy team.

Nobody's really that stupid to be executed by a monster. Unless of course they're low elo, where they most likely wouldn't even notice a difference in power if they died to it.
