Shower thought: Heimerdinger

Regarding his Q: What if each turret has en effect similar to Jinx's q passive. You know, when a turret is attacking it gains stacks, which let him attack faster -> More damage Imagine when s.o. all-ins, how much damage his turrets can output. Crazy right? Heimer's kit will never be "meta", it will always be this annoying squishy yordle, who pushes you up to your tower and has the ability to 1v2 when he reaches 6, why not make it even more crazy? My idea sounds really dumb, now that I think about it, but it's god damn Heimerdinger, look at him :P
