its not. how many games were played with that champ?

as of right now there are 14 games in challenger with jihn picked and a win % of 85.71

so 12 win out of 14 games

now if it was like over 125 games with that win rate... it would trickle down to all ranks and his over all win rate would increase indicating a power shift/ buff etc

The higher up you get in ranked the smaller the champion data samples. So it is possible only 50 people play him and 45 of them won due to circumstance

Yea, I looked one day and Illaoi was played like 6 times in challenger and won 5 of em so maybe a situational pick by a good Illaoi player. Also there are some champs that are must ban in high elo bc they can abuse things and one tricks are craaazzzy!

Exactly. But when the sample size is 11 (Jhin going 10-1 gives 91% WR) that is way too small even for challenger.

Jhin will still always tilt me more. Because while these two are just overtuned right now (they added stuff to their kits they didn't need), Jhin's kit will always be an abomination.

Seriously who at riot thought that they'd give someone a weakness of no mobility, except get it when he crits, and then have super long range in case he is actually doing terribly.
