This champions are the epitome of toxicity!! they are just bad design champion that if they are strong have no counter if they are not they are useless they just cant have balance....

Plus its just so damn retarded that if any of this champion is in your game you need to pick spesific champions and play spesific gameplay!

11? Try to stick to 10 so you will at least hae 0.1% chance of getting them all banned soon. Aslo Ahri is getting nerfed now on PBE.
