A quick question about the new Hud

I know this has been asked before, but I'll go ahead and ask anyways since I can't find an answer or a post answering my question.

Within the new Hud, where exactly are the complete stats? A few days ago I saw a rioter say Ctrl+C was how you opened it up, but when I tried that in game, all it did was raise the little mini one beside the Champion icon. Is there any way for complete stats to show? I ask since I was pretty reliant on using that Hud feature within the old one. That way always knew how much of what to build next. The mini Hud doesn't tell you how much Crit you have, or your regeneration values, nor your spell vamp. So I was just wondering if anyone knew how to raise the full version of it.
