hes one of those champs who clearly came out of the PBE in op state. id ban him aswell.

or someone on your own team is gonna pick him for the first time and still utterly fail on him. they should just put a mastery threshold for champions to get played in ranked. at least this would make sure that the guy isnt a complete noob.
