ADC main and i Need advice when tanks start to build certain items
Usually i come across junglers such as 
or other junglers that are tanky/ can build tanky.
What my problem is when they do this
So they get a lot of health from cinderhulk and the thornmail passive
What am i supposed to build early to fight them? You just about kill yourself when fighting a thornmail tank. I remember yesterday i did 900 magic damage to myself and i had a vampiric scepter..
Problem is you cant ''rush'' a bloodthirster so yeah
lets say im playing my main 
and these are the items i have
What should i do fast to actually stand a chance?
