I get a feeling that the 6 second time increase on the PBE BotRK is not going to stay.

It basically is a threshold of can you auto more then once a second? Congrats you get a 8 second perms slow/speed boost and auto win if the enemy is at all out of position and you get ahead.

For context say a Master Yi has this item. He use to be only damage and run fast but now he has damage and a potential 8 second slow with an extra speed boost.

And don't even get me started on ranged who get it becoming ashe.

Would much rather see it stay as a 3 second slow/MS boost and get buffed attack speed instead.

EDIT: Forgot Hec would also get a big ass damage boost from it, Twitch could zone and out range with his ult, and Yas who you can't kite.

Hecarim doesn't AA more than once a sec most of the time though, so these BOTRK changes dont really change anything for him

With Trin's 40% and BoTRK 25% he would get the attack speed. With this item added to his build he would be even more destructive.

He doesn't benefit from the AS though, however i forgot that BOTRK got a flat damage increase, so that part does benefit him

I mean, he can benefit a little from AS, extra with the Botrk passive damage. But the damage, extra sustain, and the fact that he would get extra damage from the active is massive.

It's not a potential 8 second slow, it's a potential 6 second slow with 2 seconds guaranteed. Still too long, but just a correction.

If any slow item becomes more Viable Kalista is getting nerfed even if she builds the said item

And no I dont even think botrk got any better but slow duration got increased so overall a nerf for kalista

She ll keep being irelevant as long as she cant function once you touch her with a slow Spoiler alert almost every champions has a slow

There are like 15 items which slow

No but SLOWING THE OPPONENT HELPS KITING.

Also every dash is boosted by MS increases, which is what makes Rengar's ult a bit dumb with ghostblade.

Increasing the utility benefit gives them room to nerf the damage. It is the single most powerful item in the game after all.
