@Riot: Why does Lee Sin's Dragon Rage still have that invisible power?

What do I mean? That 0.25 second ministun right before he kicks you. That was originally placed to stop players from "bad Flashing", but it ends up causing a lot more harm than it helps to prevent.

Here's a few cases in point. Assume the Lee's opponents have computer-level response times.

Say you're Warwick, and you are scripted to activate Jaws of the Beast when Lee tries to kick you. This would prevent Lee Sin from displacing you... if it weren't for the fact that you can't queue up Jaws of the Beast at that moment because you're STUNNED. That prevents a great outplay potential, and feels overly punitive towards someone like Warwick.

Now say you're about to be killed by Dragon Rage, but you have Barrier available. You spam that button for Barrier, but alas, you can't do it while stunned, and you can't use it reactively when Lee is winding up his kick. You're dead. Lee Sin T-bags you afterwards.

The same thing happens if you have Exhaust. You want to throw Exhaust down on Lee as he's winding up that kick, but you can't! YOU'RE STUNNED!

Invisible power, Riot. Invisible power.

But now, LESS DAMAGE! Yay!

Lee Sin's Ultimate is now only a fraction of its pre-nerf damage!
