When you're not sure if you dodged a bullet or not via missed game invitation....

I loaded up the game, was watching the latest Baron Pit video in full screen and missed a ranked game invite from a name I did not have on my friends list nor did I recognize it otherwise.

I look them up on op.gg out of curiousity just to satisfy a curiousity of mine I normally never waver to. I was just having a weird mood and caved this one time only.

Season 5 Platinum, Season 6 Bronze...I try to see the better of circumstances because I am more than open to being wrong about assumptions, being how I perceive things, but even I had to choke on my drink a touch as I saw the vast difference in season results. Boosted (and therefore I would want to avoid because I don't associate with what is essentially a cheater) or just too busy to really commit to LoL and degraded from inactivity? I was a bit hesitant to "friend" this person to ask and figured it was best to leave well enough alone.

Anyone else have a similar experience lately?
