The issue is that EVERYONE on this list is currently considered right now or at some point, overpowered.

There should be a rule to the champions that you cannot dash more than 1 minus flash. I know there are counters to champions, but being countered because the champion has multiple dashes is not a good reason to be a counter. That makes that champion quite toxic and annoying to deal with.
