This game has no comic relief character
I want someone who trips on his shoelaces as he walks, always says the wrong thing, is clumsy as hell but somehow manages to unintentionally wreak havoc. When a champion dies he might say things like "aww he's all tuckered out...".
His abilities should always end in a punchline of some kind. Like one ability might make him run in a straight line super fast but he can't stop until he splats against a wall for instance.
Maybe his ultimate is a really really bad joke that silences everyone for a couple of seconds.
