Make Q skillshot and a bit faster projectile that marks enemies. Mark is consumed by ulting into enemy.
Akali can use her R on marked targets (like Lee Sin Q). When Akali does, her Q cooldown refreshes.
Ultimate doesn't reset on assists and kills and has a bit higher damage (from current one) and maximum 2 stacks.

now she can wreck you but you can say something about it (with your change she would still kick with a sheen like mad )

Actually it might not be that bad if you remove the reset but if she hits somebody then they're gonna die
