How does A party of 2 in Solo/Duo Queue affect Elo and Lp gains?

Like does it give you slightly less Elo/Lp for winning and take slightly more for losing if you Duo Queued compared to queuing alone?

And would those gains/loses be the same for an equal size party in flex?

No, the only difference is that it's a combined total of your team/duos skill level meaning if you have that one really bad guy, his Mmr can affect yours, making you lose more and win less in games, if you're having trouble with this play solo queue
