Could it be used as a mechanic with his ult? Having 2 AA buffs and no AS buffs seems off, and guts his Titanic synergy.
Like more damage and bounces with each auto, could also be used as a new passive. Heal could be added to Bite execute or something.

When I saw this, I immediately thought of the pokemon move fury swipes. Not saying an RNG element would be good in his kit, but it'd definitely be interesting if they chose to add more pokemon-related things to it.
Potentially. He needs something that can be dodged too. But this is unreliable with high, high's and low enough lows where it sounds good.
