I can smell the Swain nerf coming

Usually when I make a post about up coming nerfs needed, I get down voted to death along with weak counter points that are easy to dismantle. Then the nerf comes and I enjoy a sweet bit of told you so pleasure.

However the nerf I feel coming is for one of my mains and I rather not have him gutted. So I hope the right people see this.

Swain has become a powerful mage bot laner and even has more success there currently than in his traditional roles mid and top.

I don't like playing in the bot lane so whether Swain is good there or not personally doesn't interest me. However I think he might be too strong there for riot's liking. Which means a nerf to bot lane Swain would be nerf to Swain every where else.

So I came up with a solution that allows bot lane Swain to get nerfed if needed with a minimal impact on his other roles which are already in questionably poor states.

Change his passive so that champions hard CCed by Swain take more damage vs someone who was CCed by another champion. Potentially only applying the pull effect if CCed by Swain as well.

Now Swain can be more easily balanced around his solo and duo lane without majorly affecting each other.

I don't really care if bot lane Swain dies in a fire. But not at the expense of his solo laning.
