What if CDR cap was removed and was multiplicative?

I'm not saying I want this. This is just to bring about discussion.

The 20% items would have to be removed. I would do this by changing all non legendary items to 5% CDR and reduce the 20% items to 15%. For those of you who don't know what multiplicative and additive means when talking percentages:

With additive, you just take the percents and add them like we currently do.

With multiplicative, you first take the inverse of the percent and then multiply them. This gives us what is called diminishing returns. Each instance of CDR gets less and less effective than the previous one. Here are some examples.

item 3078 + item 3110

Currently = 1-(1-0.2)^2=36% CDR Changes = 1-(1-0.15)^2 = 28% CDR

item 3165 + item 3157

Currently = 1-(1-0.2)(1-0.1) = 28% CDR Changes = 1-(1-0.15)(1-0.1)= 24% CDR

item 3504 + item 3174 + item 2301 + item 3107 + item 3158 + item 3050

1-(1-0.1)^6= 47% CDR

Viable max CDR build on a Juggernaut: item 3110 item 3025 item 3158 item 3071 item 3078 item 3065

1-((1-0.15)^4)((1-0.1)^2) = 58% CDR

If there is only 10 % CDR on items, I believe it could work.

The problem with that is the identity of many of the items like frozen heart and iceborn gauntlet would lose their identity if everything had 10%.
