I always check the PBE updates to see if my favorite champion 
gets any love. Last I read they were going to be some changes to his R but that was a while back. Today I went to the PBE and saw nerfs to his W. Can someone explain to me why they are nerfing him? I rarely see another brand player and always though he was in an ok state. Are the masteries making him OP? Dear God I am devastated by this...not really... but it is an inconvinience

They're also slightly nerfing DFT for DoTs.
