You already broke this high tier champion with the rework. He has a 22% Play Rate in high elo Korea, and he constantly is receiving buffs. He already deals bullshit amount of damage but all you want is to make damage high on every champion.

Except being named after a Rioter?

Ezreal has always been one of their favorites, each item he has broken because of his no CD, no cost, burst skillshot Q has been reworked instead of approaching the thing that is broken with any mana+onhit item.
