Yorick Items
I am playing around with a build BUT im not sure 
or 
will will let his ghouls heal yorick since they are a pet and not yorick him self

Well Gunblade is all damage he deals including the damage from his Maiden and Mistwalkers, the dance only registers the damage from his Mistwalkers (since the Maiden does magic damage). The build is okay but a bit too squishy for a melee to get away with should you ever be in melee range to Q something you are going to eat a world of pain.
If you are going to go this route I suggest opting for armor and mr per level scaling runes and possibly armor quints to supplement the early armor some, and really go all for that mid to late game power spike around lv 13 or so. Then you can pick up the early damage items like that. Good luck, Yorick is in a rough spot right now as most melee just get kitedabout if they do not have some strong gap closers. I play Yorick like an AD caster from the back and only run in if I land a Mourning Mist into a wall, Ult then tag with Q and run away while the Maiden tries to wreck stuff. Even then though I generally have to build at least two defense items to not get blown up going in to tag them with the Q.
