Couldn't have said it better

Am I the only one who basically already knew what he was saying and thus focused only on the beatiful old Mordekaiser gameplay?
Nope, you're not the only one having a blast of Nostalgia...

It feels like, for whatever reason, Riot is trying to force things down the games throat as hard as possible. The marksmen update is all well and good, as a lot of ADCs played exactly the same and were generally uninteresting. However (and they did this with the juggernaut update as well), I see no reason for Riot to just up and start shifting the entire meta of the game towards prioritizing these champions.
Its horrendously obvious with the current state of the game that they are trying to shove AP champions into a sub-optimal position in the meta by increasing the cost of all their items as well as providing a mere 2 keystone masteries that can even be considered as viable on mages. But even worse is the far greater variety and item optimization that AD champions on the whole have over AP champions in every role.
It should never be easier for an ADC to max out their CDR over a mage honestly, but that's what its like currently on live.

riot said that AP was a better stat than AD, that's why they increased the cost of AP items, just if you wanted to know their explination
That makes no sense though. AD is far more reliable damage, and it can be used to take all objectives much faster, even with the recent buff to AP-scaling damage to towers.
Yes, some AP-based abilities have higher scalings than their AD-based counterparts, they also tend to have longer cooldowns, higher mana costs, and are typically less reliable.
Additionally, if you spell-shield/counter/dodge a mage's abilities, you're typically safe. If you shield an AD-user's abilities, you still need to watch out for their (comparatively) strong auto-attacks.
There are some outliers to what I've said, for example Lee Sin's high scalings, Ekko's high auto-attacks, and Orianna's low cooldowns, but overall the generalizations are accurate.

Before the update, I don't recall ADCs ever having that much CDR to begin with. Now it is a different story
Bandaging. Yeah this makes sense. With a larger and larger champion pool, it's probably getting harder to individualize champions and make them work.
I think only Garen came out fine from the juggernaut update. The rest might need more thought. Obviously Mordekaiser needs more thought.

Ain't gonna lie, that fucked me up big time, had to re-read 5 times.
I just feel as though they are trying to hard to make champions "Individuals" aside from making them work. I mean Mordekaiser had an Idea to him, but now most of it doesn't make since. (Like the dragon, like he stated). While Garens new passive makes sense with his character concept. I just wished Riot would work on each character to get them to a middle ground. Make sure each champion is both enjoyable, playable, and viable. THEN start thinking about making a new champion.
But new champions are a solid source of income. So until people stop buying the new champion bundle, that won't happen.
Aside from his W, Tahm doesnt really do anything
When I said that, I was as wrong as you could be and actually "all of his spells are op" kek feelsbadman

Actually, he's got a point. Without W and the R passive, Tahm has decent mobility on his ultimate, but he's otherwise a weaker Taric. He has ranged hard CC (similar to Taric's stun) and he's really tanky with E. That's not really enough for a support though.
No juggernaut changes was fine, u cant add game-play mechanics too counter your enemies moves , if riot adds too much gameplay mechanics we end up playing only champions with multiple tools on their kits, they need just to remove snowball (or slow down it) so we can have balance around teamfights, we cant have non stop balance around laning phase forever (counterplay on teamfights is plently).
Also mages and adcs will remain supreme on this game forever, fighters tanks and juggernauts would be the worst classes on game forever, at competitive scene 4 out of 10 get carried by mid 4 out 10 by bot (adc) and 2 out of ten by top (as jungler u dont carry) Only the snowball is the problem , not only this season, but for many seasons.
(sry for my english)
There is a lot I disagree with in the video but I do agree with some.giving a heal to Lissandra ult lets her ult feel like an ult.I hate old and new mord because the thing that made mord broken was the shield.thats honestly the biggest problem with mord.tahm is fine but his scalings need to be toned down if his Q removed all the stacks and he's fine.also reduce tahms eat damage on the enemy.garens villian mechanism gives him the ability to kill the adc or mage better as his job was to dive the enemy and kill the carry.darius needed some help as falls off late game making him very irrelevant for someone who should be relevant at all stages of the game AND they all have the same weaknesses that anyone can exploit.
Praise be unto Stonewall sempai.
Rito should hire him for champ balance.
Oh...
It's you again...
I normally respect you, Malicious Metal, but please don't just link a video and expect us to watch it.
Especially when the description is almost entirely advertisements.
Ah the old Morde, let us all take a moment of silence for his passing

Okay that's enough.
Never forgot the glory days of Morde and the time when champs were actually designed with thought
But in all seriousness its good to see another M.M post. Its a large part that keeps me and I'm sure a whole lot of people coming back to the boards.
So thanks M.M
Do you ever shut up. jesus you post like 50 threads a day about morde get a life.
i gotta say, he got harder to agree with the longer the video went on (and for the record, as woeful as I am my main is no longer enjoyable to me, the attempt to rework him was completely justifiable considering he was/is arguably one of the hardest-to-balance champions in the game.)
rip mord though, i'm sure they'll eventually pull him out of the juggernaut category and fit him somewhere better. personally, I'm hoping for a little more emphasis on damage items
I noticed that somewhere along the line, pure-mechanics was no longer a part of the player skill base. From having skills that did this and you have to adapt and learn to play the character. Move "situational" bandaids was made. Alot of skills are completly situational now, and not a pure mechanic.
My favorite champ, Teemo is a bright example for me on this point. He has a pretty pure set of skills. A Q with blind and quiet a powerful %AP. A W with passive and active speed-boost. An E with a well put poison addon that makes playing different weapons an option. This is solid, and also very versatile. And then his shrooms, that make him tactically superior if you take the time to learn them.
All in all, so many champs are a clusterfuck, not relating to the character they are. And also, Riot was is going on with all these useless ultis? Really...What is going on here?
