Dont hate the champion, hate the players

it's not impossible for her to have lane presence. her Q is essentially long-range undodgeable poke when she's attached, and it gets quite respectable damage levels with spellthief's edge + any AP being built. her poke is reasonably strong, but it only works at very long range when it has enough travel time to be empowered. Against any lane that can go in on her consistently i imagine she'd have a huge amount of trouble if the person she's attached to can't disengage effectively, which is what I think a lot of people have been playing ezreal/yuumi for.

The issue is, when someone does learn to play her optimally, will she still be balanced? She has quite a strong kit when paired with certain champions.

Not many ADCs on that list, because she isn't very good at protecting the ADC, at least not as good as most traditional enchanters / tanks, but when paired with highly mobile champions, champs with global teleport ults, or champs that thrive in sustained fights, she can turn an already dangerous champion into a terrifying one.
