Draven
He needs a nerf lategame, an earlygame champ is supposed too need to get ahead early. Not feed but scale too do the most damage.

Draven is cancer. I love how people say he is so hard to play
Yes its so hard to play a champion that can't be outraded and auto wins lane the moment he gets a BF sword.

He is hard to play though.
That reason alone doesn't warrant him having 53% win rates.
Hard to play champs should live between 49 and 51%.
The reason he's allowed to be so powerful is the literal targets he places on the ground for where to aim your damage.
He hurts like a monster truck but he practically has anti mobility and to prep that damage in order to hit like a monster. Meaning he's difficult and has counterplay.
Don't know if he's overtuned right now, but I doubt they'll nerf his late game because of his strong early game when his literal passive is to snowball.
His passive is really what's allowing him to scale so hard since it gives him a bunch of free gold.
Personally, I want his bleed passive back.
He should be good early, but he's too good late, it's stupid.
Here's a list of changes I feel that wouldn't "gut" him but would make him less oppressive.
These are just ideas, I'm not saying he'd need every single nerf to be back in lane, maybe 1 or 2 out of the list.
