One thing about Kayle

I would like to ask something do you think Kayle's e should be fully turned to a spell? What I mean is that do you think blinding moves like Teemo's and Quinn's should not really have an affect on it since I just came from a game as her and found it really strange how only my splash dmg was the thing harming him while my attacks were missing making it kinda strange to calculate the dmg i was making, so I say it should be a full spell when activated making it impossible to miss by blinding What do you guys think?
